Been a while since I updated. Everyone in the house has been ill at one point or another. Primarily Chris & Kirby. We have no news on Kirby. This week has been another challenge. He was jaundiced. His liver was full of the red blood cells that his body is destroying. Nothing they can really do for it except monitor it and make sure he is getting plenty of fluids.
We think his files got sent to Cincinnati this week so we're waiting to hear from them on what we need to do next. We go to Iowa City on Wednesday so maybe more news then. Probably be another steriod week/weekend soon. Since he's had a case of the poops, his body is trying to fight that virus off. Therefore, his levels fall quicker because his immune system is working harder.
Other than being sick, Kirby is BUSY!!! He can move FAST! He seems to be talking more and more and not saying anything. You can see some pictures of us at the Children's Museum here in town and Kirby had a good time.
