We traveled again to Iowa City to talk to the Dr. No news to report. ALL of the MANY, MANY tests they've done are still coming back negative. A few could eventually be repeated because of his age and his cells being so young right now.
The doctor thinks that something is out of wack in his immune system and it just needs to get back into sync. They said they have a few other cases in this same position. We asked about a 2nd opinion and Dr. V. was happy to do some checking into referrals. 1st choice is in Cincinnati. If not there, then Minneapolis. We will know more on Friday when we talk to Dr. Vibaker again.
His levels are at 7.8 today. We're going to get him tested again later this week and decide if we should give him steroids over the weekend.
