Thought I should update the blog since it has been a couple weeks. Not much is new here. Seems like we have been doing yard work, landscaping, etc. It is a never ending job, I guess maybe we just need a smaller yard.
Last Saturday, Kirby rooted for his 2nd favorite team (next to the Buckeyes!) and they beat the hawkeyes!
Kirby has turned into a crawling maniac. Of course, his favorite place to go is the dog bowl. So far, we have caught him in the act so he hasn't yet had a chance to play in the water. I doubt he will ever get a chance to eat the food. Since Wylee has gone to his Senior food, he doesn't leave anything behind for poor Kirby.
Kirby has also made the transition to real food. He came down with a nasty virus and wasn't eating much for a couple weeks. At the same time, he decided baby food is disgusting. So, unless it is an emergency forget the baby food. In fact, last weekend he has his first steak and potatoes dinner. Only other new thing for him is that he started saying RUFF when he hears Wylee bark. At first, Chris and I weren't sure if that is what he was doing, but it is pretty distinctive ruff. And, we tested it out by making Wylee "speak" and shortly after, Kirby speaks too.

What a neat story about Kirby & Wylee! He (they both) are certaininly growing up. It doesn't seem like Wylee should be eating senior food!
We got a black lab puppy a few months ago & it's been hilarious to see Anneliese totally fall in love with her (Roxy, and it may be closer to abuse!).
She started Kindergarten a few weeks ago...I started grad school..and we're both exhausted at night..Wish I could go to bed at 8:30 :-).
